The video highlights fast lead intake and de-duplication, seamless movement and a consolidated communication history. The story shows how SCM Pro eliminates “integration loss,” streamlines assignments, and protects data while keeping teams aligned.

Challenge
Dealership teams juggle multiple systems and handoffs, which leads to duplicate records, lost context, and missed follow-ups. We needed to explain the “one source of truth” model—and the difference between leads, customers, and opportunities—without jargon, in a way that feels fast and obvious.


Solution
We built a crisp 2D motion sequence that mirrors the platform UI on multiple devices. Animated flows demonstrate smart lead intake, a single customer record with sales, and flexible assignment rules that route leads instantly.
